Requirements:
 Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role or within the travel industry
 Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written), excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using travel booking platforms and CRM systems
 Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a remote work environment
 Problem-Solving: Capacity to handle and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
 Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required, to accommodate client needs and time zones
 Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in travel and tourism is a plus
