Major Responsibilities:
Assists in scheduling and coordinating projects. May be involved in design phase of project as well.
Works with customers and technical staff to resolve problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements.
Acts as team leader on projects.
Participates in development of software user manuals.
Protects the confidentiality of information within areas of own position responsibilities by preventing unauthorized release, both verbally and/or in writing.
Promotes a continuous quality improvement effort to enhance the services provided to patients, their families, physicians, and members of the UMMHC staff by demonstrating positive attitudes and actions through a display of courtesy, congeniality, cooperation, initiatives, sensitivity and professionalism.
Position Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience and expertise in pharmacy-related third-party systems, specifically BD Pyxis and Swisslog, including configuration, support, and system optimization, with a strong track record of troubleshooting and enhancing system performance.
License/Certification/Education:
Epic Willow Inpatient Certification preferred
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
Experience/Skills:

Over 8 years and up to and including 10 years of experience.
Must be able to work off hours and participate in on-call rotation.
