What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist development teams in planning, configuring, and deploying business application systems to enhance operational efficiency
- Provide comprehensive end-user support and maintenance for one or multiple enterprise software applications or systems
- Maintain outstanding customer service, ensuring all issues are addressed and prioritized accordingly
- Serve as the single point of contact for customers regarding the assigned application or system
- Communicate effectively with users and developers to facilitate improvements and resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in application support
- Relevant education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis
- Training or certification related to the position may also be credited towards experience or education substitution
- Additional appropriate paid or unpaid experience may substitute for required education on a year-for-year basis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with DevOps
- Proficiency in SQL
