This work-from-home, contractor-based role involves processing eVisa requests, providing exceptional customer support, and managing your weekly submissions and earnings. Customer Service: • Provide timely and professional support to applicants, including answering questions and assisting with issues related to their eVisa application. • Maintain clear and polite communication with customers throughout the process. Tracking and Reporting: • Keep detailed records of assigned eVisa requests and completed applications. • Submit a weekly bounty report every Friday, listing completed eVisa requests for payment. Work Conditions: • Work Location: Remote (work from home). • Schedule: Flexible; the number of requests per week varies with no guaranteed volume. • Compensation: Contractors are paid a bounty for each completed eVisa request. Bounties vary depending on the destination country, averaging $20–$30 per request. Qualifications: • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus but not required. • Access to a reliable computer and internet connection. Additional Information: • Contractors are paid every Friday for the completed eVisa requests submitted and approved during the prior week. • This is a 1099 contractor role.
