The job profile for this position is Application Development Senior Advisors which is a Band 4 Individual Contributor Career Track Role with Cigna- Evernorth Services Inc. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks to support the overall regression and in-sprint testing strategy. Focus on standardization and adoption across the business line. Guide other automation engineers on framework development while collaborating on assessing other technologies within the test automation space in an effort to continually grow and improve our capabilities in this area. Be a subject matter expert, working side by side with delivery teams in framework usage and improvement of automation coverage within their respective applications. Review requirements and provide input to improve test automation framework effectiveness, integration, and usability. Work on different technology stacks with leading edge industry tools in automation, in tandem with the product owner, leadership, and Agile teams to provide technical guidance on implementation. Participate in the development and support of the testing program aimed at supporting multiple testing efforts simultaneously. Hybrid work schedule. Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computers or Engineering or a related field and 5 years of IT experience (Master’s degree in Computers or Engineering or a related field and 3 years of IT experience). Must have experience with: Analyzing and refining business requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders to define the organization’s automation strategy, objectives, and key performance indicators; Leading the design and development of comprehensive automation frameworks to test the I.T. applications and streamline business processes in an automated way; Enhancing existing components by innovating with leading-edge industry tools to accelerate the application development life cycle; Java; Python; Test automation; Selenium; UFT; Python Robot Framework; DevOps; Jenkins; Udeploy; Ansible; DevOps; Github; CI/CD; Implemented cloud solutions; Dockerization on RedHat OSCP; and, AWS Services. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
