The Professional Application Developers responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining ERP related applications, while ensuring integration and governance across the system landscape. • Application configuration management: execute and maintain ERP application configurations to meet user and business requirements while developing and recommending improvements to standard and moderately complex application support processes and procedures.
• Application development & deployment:
• Support and be actively involved in full-cycle ERP implementation projects, from blueprinting to go-live and post-go-live support.
• Full participation and support of ERP upgrades, patching, and enhancements/small projects
• User communication & support: Keeps an open channel of communication with users and responds to standard and moderately complex application support requests and needs.
• Application support: Conducts advanced and complex application support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
• Stakeholder management: Works with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurations align with standards and project goals.
• Vendor management: Manages positive relationships with software vendors and negotiates contracts.
• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Applied logic and structured thinking to solve complex technical problems, ensuring accuracy and diligence in every stage of development, testing, and documentation.

ERP Experience: Hands-on expertise in ERP platforms (SAP S/4HANA and non-SAP) within a specific business domain (Tax/ pricing / integration with Local tax engine))
Configuration and editing of ERP platforms; understanding of integration frameworks, APIs, and middleware technologies.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities; ability to work independently on moderately complex tasks.
English Advanced - Portuguese Native
Preferred Skills:
Experience with programming languages (e.g., ABAP, HTML5)
