We are seeking a Senior Application Developer who can work independently and deliver high-quality solutions with minimal supervision. This role involves working across multiple technologies, including Java/Spring Boot, Angular/.NET, and PostgreSQL (as part of a migration from MSSQL). The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of projects, and contribute to building AI-first applications. In this role, you will: • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java/Spring Boot, Angular, and .NET frameworks. • Support database migration from MSSQL to PostgreSQL and optimize queries for performance. • Work within AWS cloud environments, including AWS API Gateway, to deploy and manage applications. • Implement and integrate Kafka for messaging and Kong for API management. • Apply AI-first development principles, integrating AI capabilities into application design. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions. • Take initiative and work independently without requiring extensive guidance. Who You Are: • 5+ years of experience in application development. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). • Strong proficiency in Java (specify version, e.g., Java 8 or 11) and Spring Boot. • Experience with Angular and .NET frameworks. • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and familiarity with database migration from MSSQL. • Experience with Kafka and Kong for messaging and API management. • Knowledge of AWS services, including AWS API Gateway. • Familiarity with AI technologies and ability to incorporate AI into application design. • Proven ability to work autonomously and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AI frameworks or machine learning integration. • Full-stack development experience. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
