As an Application Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional and technical training to clients, both on-site and remotely. You will also provide client implementation guidance, identify and implement system configuration recommendations, and perform on-site and remote system set-ups and configurations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Providing practical and technical training to clients
Delivering client implementation guidance and support
Identifying and implementing system configuration recommendations
Performing on-site and remote system set-ups and configurations
Resolving client application questions and issues
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and solutions
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in training, education, IT, cloud systems, data center environments, server environments, or computer technologies
Or equivalent experience
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable:
Experience in resolving product/software issues using technical support services
Advanced knowledge of computer, software, hardware, and operating system skills for training, testing, and troubleshooting
Core technology experience with MS Windows, MS Office
Training and technical certifications
Healthcare background
Product knowledge of Nuance's PowerScribe or PowerShare, speech recognition products, or other healthcare software EMR products
Radiology, PACS workflow experience
