5+ years of experience in .NET applications support, development, and deployment
5+ years in application migration and modernization
Experience with application architecture, middleware, and data
Proficient in BI, database principles, SQL, and hardware/software systems
Strong technical acumen; deep knowledge of Agile Methods and Cloud Integration
Excellent ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders
Responsibilities
Drive application modernization efforts and tailor solutions for customers
Conduct thorough needs assessments for new applications or upgrades
Provide expert guidance on application development and deployment best practices
Collaborate with application architects and development staff
Ensure compatibility and provide holistic solutions to customers

Qualifications
