A major benefit with these positions is flexibility, as we support a "work out of home" model which means you do not have to travel each morning or night to the workshop. Your Key Responsibilities: Repair and fully test the operation of the product ensuring full customer satisfaction Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory Experience Required: Essential experience in appliance repair and troubleshooting Essential relevant New Zealand Electrical Qualifications – minimum EASQ (Electrical Appliance Serviceperson Qualified) Essential registered Electrical Licence (GAS licence- advantageous) Desirable experience with cookware diagnostics and repair Preferred hands-on experience in electrical fault diagnosis and fixing Strong communication skills and strong PC skills Ability to provide premium customer service Clean criminal history and driver’s license Must be physically fit and healthy - a pre-employment medical will be conducted If you're ready to apply for a specific vacancy now, please check out the list of open roles.
