Key Responsibilities
• Provide professional, friendly, and high-quality technical support to Apple customers via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and service-related issues across Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV.
• Guide customers through step-by-step solutions, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction.
• Document interactions and solutions accurately in the internal support system.
• Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues to senior support specialists when needed.
