Stay updated with the latest advancements in Apple TV technology and incorporate these into our products.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teams.
Document processes, findings, and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Apple TV remote controls or similar technologies.
