As our customers’ first point of contact, you’ll be the friendly voice of Apple, answering questions about our products and services and providing world-class customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support. Responsibilities: – Respond to customer inquiries about Apple products and services, providing a complete solution for any technical issues. – Use your people skills and problem-solving talent to ensure swift resolution of customer inquiries. – Provide knowledgeable troubleshooting and technical support via phone, email, and chat. – Handle sensitive issues with professionalism and tact. – Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve job knowledge. – Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Requirements: – Availability to work during the company’s operating hours. – Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to excellent customer service. – Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. – Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. – Proficient with technology and capable of quickly learning new systems. – Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
