Responsibilities:
• Optimize AppFolio to fit our commercial property management needs.
• Streamline processes like tenant communications, maintenance requests, and reporting.
• Customize workflows, templates, and dashboards for maximum efficiency.
• Train our team on best practices so everyone feels confident and capable.
• Help us integrate AppFolio into our daily operations for seamless property management.
Qualifications:
✅ Proven experience with AppFolio optimization
✅ Strong understanding of commercial property management processes
✅ Excellent communicator who can break down systems for all experience levels
✅ Tech-savvy problem solver with an eye for efficiency
✅ Someone proactive, detail oriented, and ready to make an immediate impact
