Apparel Designer Contractor
FlyQuest is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Apparel Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for creating culturally driven premium streetwear and esports-inspired collections, from initial ideation through final production.

Type: ContractorDuration: Six Months, TBD Renewal Location: Up to 20 Hours a WeekReports to: Design LeadDepartment: Design/ApparelKey ResponsibilitiesResearch fashion trends, materials, and consumer preferences to inform design directionDesign seasonal apparel collections including jerseys, cut-and-sew garments, and accessories Build detailed tech packs with specifications, measurements, and construction details for production and factory communicationOversee sample development and revisions to ensure quality and fit Support limited drops, capsule collections, and special collaborations Qualifications2-4 years of experience in apparel design, preferably in streetwear or lifestyle brandsBackground in esports is a plus but not requiredStrong portfolio showcasing graphic and cut-and-sew designProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and design workflows Deep understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fitStrong organizational and communication skills with a self-starter and creative problem-solving mindsetProficiency or familiarity with Shopify online ecommerce platform and different inventory management toolsAbout FlyQuestFounded in 2017, FlyQuest is an esports organization dedicated to making the gaming landscape better than we found it. Proficiency in operating computers, office equipment, and different software. Effective verbal and written skills.
