• To receive leads from Perch, we do require that agents are fully available during normal weekday and Saturday business hours when apartment properties are open. Do you understand that this is not a "part-time" opportunity?
• This is a 100% commission-based role. Are you prepared to financially support yourself for 90 days while awaiting your first commissions?
• Though we do allow "Sending", we ask that our agents Tour ("Escort") with customers as often as possible to earn top commissions. Are you located in the San Antonio market, and willing and able to travel to meet with customers to conduct property tours?
