What You'll Do: • Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes • Track invoices, process payments, and reconcile accounts • Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve discrepancies • Assist with reporting and month-end close • Utilize accounting software and digital tools for daily tasks • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial records Requirements: • 2+ years of AP/AR experience, preferably in construction or a related industry • Strong understanding of accounting principles and invoicing processes • Highly tech-savvy - comfortable navigating accounting systems and cloud-based tools • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Local to Madison, WI - on-site training required Bonus: • Experience with construction-specific accounting software (e.g., Sage, Procore, QuickBooks) • Familiarity with lien waivers, project billing, or subcontractor payment processes Interested?
