AP-Payroll Specialist

Key Responsibilities Overseeing A/P cycle Manage entering bills into NetSuite Manage reporting of A/P aging and other vender related reports Assist with processing vender and payroll payments Create reconciliations for A/P related accounts on a monthly basis Create A/P and vender accruals Support employee expense report process Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations Assist in the preparation of journal entries and the completion associated GL reconciliations Research, track, and resolve accounting and/or documentation detailed issues related to A/P and Payroll processing Compile reports/summaries of financial activity for external monthly review About You Bachelor’s degree a plus A strong attention to detail Knowledge of basic accounting and payroll principles 3+ years of relevant experience Skill at analyzing data and reconciling account balances Ability to perform duties with accuracy and integrity Ability to interpret and apply policies or procedures consistently and accurately to various situations regarding payroll and accounting duties Ability to communicate effectively with employees and vendors This offer from "Blue.cloud" has been enriched by Jobgether.com and got a 72% flex score.
