AP Accountant - Reliever

AP Accountant - Reliever This position will perform accounting functions that are related to efficient maintenance, processing, and settlement of accounts payable. About the job: Performs day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions by matching suppliers' invoices, deliveries, and purchase requests- 3-way match Verifies the validity and accuracy of each transaction and resolves noted discrepancies. Ensure completeness of required invoice attachments Prepares data entry in the accounting system-SAP Monitors outstanding accounts to ensure on-time payment to suppliers and other contractors. Prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms Prepares and analyzes the monthly aging of Accounts Payable. Reconciles payable balances with suppliers' Statement of Accounts Recommends and implements improvements to owned processes Creates the informational data needed in the analysis of Purchase journals About you: A graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course 3+ years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing organization Knowledge in accepted accounting practices and principles; applicable laws; regulations & statutory requirements Has attention to detail and accuracy Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge and understanding of the SAP Module Good communication skills Computer know-how Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
