Job Description
Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, an iconic real estate franchise with global reach, is seeking a Vice President of Servicing and Operations with a strategic mentality and a focus on metrics to drive business outcomes and growth. The ideal candidate will excel in a lean, fast-paced environment and lead and implement strategies that support the company’s overall business objectives. A key part of this role involves spearheading initiatives that drive affiliate satisfaction and growth for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement critical initiatives to drive affiliate performance, satisfaction and engagement that drives growth and retention goals, focusing on growing market share and agent productivity.
• Employ a metrics-focused approach to evaluate and improve affiliate performance and satisfaction.[DA2]
• Foster a culture of growth and efficiency within the franchise, aligning operations with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand value proposition and ensure cohesion on strategies for franchise development including brand marketing, training and development, product and technology, and ancillary services.
• Oversee compliance, contractual, and operational aspects of the franchise with strategic foresight.
• Manage P&L, ensuring financial strategies align with growth objectives.
• Serve as a leader in innovation and operational excellence, constantly seeking ways to improve processes and outcomes.
• Act as a brand ambassador, encouraging initiatives and representing the franchise at industry events and forums.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in strategic roles within the real estate industry, with a proven track record in driving growth and expansion.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to encourage and mobilize a lean team towards ambitious goals.
• Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on metrics and performance outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends, agent recruitment strategies, and M&A activities.
• Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and ability to influence key business partners.
