About the Role
• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis principles to increase socially significant behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors.
• Provide remote parent training and supervision.
• Have a minimum of 10 hours of availability across 3 or more days per week.
• Provide remote direct therapy to clients.
• Conduct remote assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland, Preference Assessments).
• Conduct remote functional behavioral assessments and risk assessments.
• Follow BACB ethical guidelines in all practices.
• Review client records for quality assurance.
• Assess, analyze, and train parents on issues or concerns.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, providers, and supervisors.
