Job Description:Essential Job Functions:Follows procedures to process new business application transactionsCorresponds with agents, internal wholesalers and other departments regarding pending casesResponsible for the accurate handling and timely execution of New Business ApplicationsMust provide an elite customer services experienceContinuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experienceEnsure transactions are processed on our administrative systems accurately and in a time frame considered suitable by SEC and DXC/BrightHouse guidelinesReport any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests that have been reviewedPerforms other related duties as assigned or requiredMandatory requirements:High school diplomaMinimum 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance and annuities fieldsWorking experience of insurance products, applicable policies, procedures, and guidelinesExcellent communication skillsExcellent grammar and writing skillsPreferred QualificationsAnnuities experience is highly preferredMS Excel experienceWork Environment: This position is fully remote within the United States onlySchedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Central Time Zone is preferredAll applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the futureCompensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $31,800 - $52,000.Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
