Role Create and implement top-tier visual effects (animations, shaders and particle systems) in Unity for PaperCollaborate with designers and gameplay teams to integrate and enhance visual elementsOptimize effects for smooth performance on mobile devicesElevate the game’s visual impact with innovative, eye-catching effects Profile 5+ years of game development experience with a strong focus on VFX (animations, shaders and particle systems)Proven expertise in Unity and C#A solid portfolio showcasing advanced visual effects in mobile gamesExperience with URP or HDRP, VFX Graph or Shader Graph and custom HLSH shaders is a big plusDeep understanding of real-time rendering and performance optimizationExcellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detailFluent in English with strong communication skillsA creative, passionate developer dedicated to crafting memorable visual experiences Benefits Best-in-class compensationOther benefits according to the country you reside
