This is a part-time, US-based role (remote) that has room for professional advancement in a growing organization. REPORTS TO: Manager of Rescue and Shelter Growth RESPONSIBILITIES •. Writing and editing campaigns. •. Managing accounts. •. Optimizing and improving processes for the Sales team and Animal Welfare Partners. •. Executing other duties as assigned. •. Assisting in marketing efforts. QUALIFICATIONS • A love and passion for animals. •. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). •. Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills. •. Ability to empathize with clients and animals. •. Solid customer service (interpersonal) skills. •. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Docs, Microsoft Excel, Google Calendar, etc. •. Ability to handle multiple requests and inquiries in a professional, friendly manner. •. Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
