About The Role: As an Android developer, you’ll contribute to Android apps at both Printful and Printify, as well as other in-house applications. You’ll have an active role in shaping feature design and architecture, bringing best practices to the table, and helping us make decisions that impact thousands of users worldwide. Your Daily Tasks Will Entail: Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver polished features Stay on top of the latest Android technologies and trends Propose and implement solutions to improve app performance and user experience Your Qualifications: Strong understanding of Android UI and Material Design guidelines Professional experience with Kotlin and modern Android architectures (MVI/MVVM) Experience working with Git in collaborative environments Familiarity with multi-modular application architecture Experience with Jetpack Compose Experience with Coroutines, Flow Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for mobile Knowledge of testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso, etc.) What We Offer: Monthly salary starting EUR 3000 gross, depending on your work experience, education, and skills Be part of a friendly, inclusive, and global team An opportunity to work remotely or in a modern and welcoming office in Rīga Flexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 AM) Private health insurance 2 extra paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well-being 1 extra paid day off to celebrate a Birthday or any other celebration of your choice Learning Budget to support your professional development.
