Analytics Senior Manager – Head of Business & Real Estate Services

About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Analytics Senior Manager to serve as the Head of Business & Real Estate Services Data, Analytics & Reporting (DAR). This leader will enable advanced analytics, drive operational efficiency, manage a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders to deliver analytic solutions. In this role, you will: Lead the strategy and execution of analytics and reporting initiatives that support business objectives. Consolidate two teams into a single operating model, establishing clear ownership, roles, delivery standards, and accountability. Partner with Technology and other stakeholders to migrate legacy and manual reporting to scalable, cloud-based analytics solutions. Own the end-to-end analytics lifecycle and build standardized analytics products. Use data to identify process improvement opportunities and support fact-based business decisions. Lead platform transitions, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and governed outputs throughout the migration. Enable advanced analytics capabilities, including foundational products such as capacity modeling and predictive performance insights. Partner with and influence peers, managers, and senior leaders across Operations, Finance, Risk/Compliance, and Technology. Manage team performance to meet delivery commitments and develop talent through coaching, quality standards, and accountability.

• Manage team performance to meet delivery commitments and develop talent through coaching, quality standards, and accountability.

Requirements
• 6+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of management or leadership experience

Nice-to-haves
• Demonstrated ability to proactively solve problems and produce strategic recommendations with objective rationale, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to influence partners and present to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in a large, complex financial services environment, including operating within a risk and controls culture.
• Experience in data engineering and leading data platform transitions.
• Experience establishing repeatable reporting standards, including metric definitions, data lineage, controls and audit trails, and release/change management.
• Experience working with complex data across multiple systems, identifying root causes, and building repeatable, well-documented solutions.
• Ability to influence, partner with, and negotiate priorities across Operations, Finance, Technology, and Risk/Compliance.
