Location: Monsey, NY (Onsite Preferred; Hybrid Considered)
Salary: $110,000 – $140,000 (Full-Time)

Position Overview
We're hiring a strategic and hands-on Analytics Product Manager to lead the development of our data and reporting capabilities across key HCM modules — including payroll, attendance, HR, and scheduling. This role is mission-critical to the future of workforce intelligence for our SNF clients.
You'll define KPIs, build dashboards, and guide our product and engineering teams in shaping an analytics experience that delivers clarity, insight, and action. If you're passionate about data, know the SNF world, and want to build something impactful — this is your opportunity.
The Ideal Candidate
• You know what keeps SNF admins up at night — staffing, scheduling, compliance.
• You've worked with Power BI or similar tools and can bridge product + data fluently.
• You thrive in cross-functional teams and know how to translate business questions into smart dashboards.
• You're entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, and ready to shape how data empowers our clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of our analytics layer across the HCM platform.
• Define core metrics (e.g., overtime trends, lateness, payroll variance, turnover, time-to-fill).
• Partner with clients, account managers, and internal teams to identify high-value use cases.
• Create product specs and mockups for dashboards and reports (Power BI or similar).
• Translate SNF and healthcare business needs into meaningful, visualized data products.
• Lay the groundwork for future BI team hiring and long-term reporting infrastructure.
• Help shape a self-serve reporting engine for payroll, HR, attendance, and scheduling.
Qualifications
• 5+ years in product, analytics, or BI — ideally within HCM or healthcare technology.
• Deep understanding of SNF workflows, staffing pressures, and compliance needs.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar analytics/reporting tools.
• Comfortable with SQL, data modeling, or collaborating with data engineering teams.
• Clear, confident communicator — able to work cross-functionally across teams.
• Experience with PBJ reporting or healthcare-specific attendance systems is a strong plus.
Must-Haves
• Experience building or managing analytics/reporting tools in a healthcare or HCM setting
• Familiarity with SNF operations and regulatory reporting (e.g., PBJ, OT compliance)
• Hands-on fluency with BI tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
• Strong communication and product documentation skills
