We’re seeking an Analytics Operations Manager to join our paid acquisition team.As an Analytics Operations Manager at Jordan Digital Marketing, you’ll act as a trusted operational partner to our clients and internal team. You’ll focus on maximizing marketing efficiency and effectiveness, managing marketing technology tools, understanding how those tools work together, and optimizing the processes behind them. This is a part-time role with full-time potential for the right person.What You'll DoOperations Optimization: Marketing ops audits for our clients to help identify areas of opportunityManage and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and buyer intent toolsAutomate processes, including cross-application integrations and workflow enhancesCampaign Tracking & Lead ManagementConversion tracking setup and support for client advertising campaigns, including advanced tactics like CAPI, enhanced conversions, and offline conversionsEnsure accurate and efficient lead flow processing,g including routing, deduplication, and data hygiene, to maintain a high-quality databaseSupport campaign operations , including email marketing, automation workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing strategiesCross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve marketing-sales alignment, including lead handoff and pipeline reporting.ReportingOwn the design, creation, and maintenance of dashboards and reports in client tools such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Looker Studio and SheetsMaintain data integrity across platforms to ensure reliable analytics and reporting.Build reports that provide a clear view of marketing metrics and trends, enabling fast and impactful decision-making.Assist in developing forecast models, attribution methods, and measurement frameworks.Required SkillsGoogle Tag Manager and Google AnalyticsDev background (basic Javascript & HTML)Experience with offline conversion and conversion API setup for ad platforms.Experience with Stape and TaggrsWho You Are:3+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing operationsExperience with marketing automation platforms, data orchestration tools, visualization tools, and database toolsExperience with tools including Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, Google Tag Manager, GA4Experienced in AdTech & MarTech, including conversion tracking, pixel implementation, and digital marketing attributionPositive, energetic, and solution-oriented team player with a can-do attitude.Strong problem-solver, self-starter, and creative thinker.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Bonus PointsExperience with SegmentExperience with MMPs and app measurementFamiliarity with ABM strategies and toolsExperience with predictive analytics and advanced attribution modelingExperience working with clients
