About the Role As an Analytics Manager within the Clinical Effectiveness department, you will be responsible for developing and executing the roadmap for analytics and reporting capabilities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality Improvement, Onsite, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Product teams to curate proof points, meet partner expectations, and drive business decisions. Your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and interpretation will help inform strategic programmatic directions and improve health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Drive Business Insights: Use data to provide actionable insights on patient utilization, disease prevalence, and other key metrics to inform strategic programmatic directions. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with clinical operations and population health teams to contribute to improvement efforts and collaborate on project evaluations. Develop Data Strategy: Engage in the development of Amazon's data strategy, ensuring it meets both technical and business needs. Partner with Product Teams: Work with Product teams to develop product features and data pipelines that support stakeholder needs. Liaise with Data Teams: Represent Clinical Effectiveness and own conversations across data teams to demonstrate Amazon's value proposition to its partners. About the Team Our Clinical Effectiveness team is dedicated to reviewing effectiveness with HSPs partners and operating as a think tank for various programs, including Impact (diabetes), Mindset, and Women's Health. As an Analytics Manager, you will support the needs of these programs and contribute to the merger between AHS and 1Life systems. Qualifications Basic Qualifications Data Analytics Experience: At least 4 years of experience in data analytics with an emphasis on data visualization. Stakeholder Management: Minimum of 1 year experience working with stakeholders in a consultative role. Technical Skills: Expertise in SQL, Tableau, and Excel. Healthcare Experience: Experience manipulating and analyzing data sets to draw insights, specifically in healthcare. Process Improvement: A systems thinker with experience in applying performance improvement methodologies to make processes more lean and efficient. Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degree: MBA/MHA or equivalent experience. Programming Skills: Experience with Python or R a plus. EHR Experience: Experience with electronic health record (EHR) data highly desirable. Quality and Patient Safety: Experience working with Quality and Patient Safety data. Our total compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, ranging from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market.
