Analytical Engineer (Power BI, Law Firm Experience, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx)
Job Description:
ā¢ Our client is seeking an Analytics Engineer to develop, administer, and enhance the firms business intelligence platforms, with a primary focus on Power BI.
ā¢ This role will design and maintain intuitive dashboards, impactful visualizations, and actionable insights for both business and legal stakeholders.
ā¢ It will also lead the strategic migration of Tableau and Alteryx workflows to Power BI while maintaining legacy systems during a transitional period.
Required Skills & Experience:
ā¢ Advanced Power BI expertise (DAX, Power Query, RLS, shared datasets)
ā¢ Strong data modeling, visualization, and performance tuning skills in large-scale environments
ā¢ Experience with Tableau and Alteryx, including development and migration strategies
ā¢ Proficiency in SQL and working with relational databases/data lakes
ā¢ Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Azure Synapse, or SQL Server integrations
ā¢ Knowledge of BI governance, metadata management, and access controls
ā¢ Strong business acumen, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
ā¢ 5 years in business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data visualization
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in computer science
