The OpportunityNational Grid is hiring a Work Support Analyst for our Massachusetts Work Support Department based in Waltham, MA. This role requires 50% travel to locations within our MA service area.

We provide analytical, administrative, and coordination support that helps field crews, supervisors, and leadership make informed, data-driven decisions and operate more effectively.What You'll Do
Analyze and report on Work Support operational metrics (e.g., productivity, completion rates, UTCs, scheduling performance, clerical efficiency) to support business and operational decision-making
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, charts, and trend analyses that provide clear, actionable insights to supervisors and leadership
Partner with field operations, clerical, and leadership teams to identify performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
Support supervisors with project tracking, reporting, and preparation of leadership-level report-outs
Track department budgets, invoices, and related financial controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and provide value-adding, data-driven recommendations
About You
High school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years of analytical work experience required
Associateās Degree with 2+ years of analytical work experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, reporting) required
Demonstrated experience using data and metrics to support operational or business decisions
Familiarity with Work Management systems (e.g., Maximo, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively across teams
Valid driverās license required
