Analyst, Visa Crypto Solutions
About the position Are you passionate about the future of stablecoin payments and driven by opportunities to scale new products and businesses? As the Visa Crypto Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for working with clients on their stablecoin strategy and helping to position and sell Visa crypto solutions across key client types such as banks, merchants, fintech, and enablers. This role requires a professional with product and technical acumen who can interact effective with clients to support sales opportunities that will be led by account executives and specialized crypto sellers. The crypto solutions sales team works closely with Visa’s crypto product and strategy teams, account managers, risk, legal, and finance to execute sales opportunities. This analyst will be an early team member and involved in shaping Visa’s global and regional go-to-market strategies, seller trainings and tools, and providing ecosystem feedback to influence Visa’s product roadmap. Responsibilities • Provide solutioning, problem solving and sales support with key clients, enablers, and other ecosystem partners – operating as a product and blockchain subject matter expert with clients and internal stakeholders • Support implementation projects and coordination between sales, product, and operation teams to help Visa clients launch Visa Crypto Solutions (post-sales support) • Support sales teams with pre-sales preparation including research and preparation of sales materials – customization of collateral, etc. including work with design teams • Help shape Go-To-Market strategy and execution for Visa Crypto solutions at a global level – with clients and working closely with regional counterparts on go-to-market and client activities • Support broader training and tooling relative to Visa Crypto solutions intended to replicate the solutioning support model across Visa account and sales teams Requirements • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) • Financial services, crypto, and/or payments industry experience required • High product acumen and solutions mindset • Proven ability to understand, communicate, and problem solve with client on technical solutions • Strategic thinking and thought leadership with subject matter explain in stablecoins and blockchain technology • Teamwork, interpersonal & relationship-building skills, and ability to influence clients and stakeholders based on technical acumen • Acumen with AI tooling for research and prototyping Nice-to-haves • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) • 2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) Apply tot his job
