Analyst, Value Based Contracting

The Value-Based Contracting Analyst will support network teams in implementing and administering Value Based Contracting agreements, ensuring the tracking of incentive payment commitments and collaborating with various stakeholders to meet contractual obligations. Responsibilities Support network teams on implementation and administration of Value Based Contracting (VBC) agreements Ensure proactive tracking and facilitating of meeting VBC agreement incentive payment commitments throughout the contract life cycle Work with data manipulation and reporting as needed to support increasingly complex requirements to support these deals Take ownership of your portfolio of markets and deals Work collaboratively with negotiators and Network managers as well as Value-Based Contracting VBC partners Ensure we meet our contractual commitments Administer incentive payments Assist in pre-deal evaluation and make recommendations Lead enhancements projects and projects manage process improvements Serve as a SME on complex questions and guide and train other team members as needed Accountable for analysis of medical costs across lines of business Supporting data for the right pricing and to develop medical cost savings initiatives Partner with a wide range of business units across the enterprise including other Value-Based Contracting areas and Negotiators Skills At least 1 year of professional work experience in finance or managed care Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience Be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills Be able to communicate effectively with a diverse audience Be resourceful and can quickly and successfully adapt to change Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases Exposure to SAS or other web-query based programs Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) Benefits Affordable medical plan options, a 401(k) plan (including matching company contributions), and an employee stock purchase plan.
