Analyst, Technical Alignment

The Analyst, Technical Alignment is responsible for providing proactive IT support to clients, ensuring all technologies are functioning properly and reducing the need for reactive support.ResponsibilitiesAdhere to our established Technology Alignment processes, procedures, and policiesAssist with client onboarding and offboarding proceduresProvide proactive IT support to clients, ensuring all physical and digital networks are operating smoothly without any interruptionsMonitor and remedy client infrastructure issues and alerts in a timely mannerPerform regular onsite proactive services that will reduce the need for reactive supportPerform regular checks for maintenance installation to ensure all systems are running smoothlyDocument system reviews, recommendations, internal processes, and proceduresEscalate client issues to the Technology Alignment Team Lead if need beProvide additional IT support to other departments as requiredParticipate in after-hours on call and/or on call escalation rotations as assignedOther assignments as instructed by the Technology Alignment Team LeadAttend regular internal/external meetingsAll other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Technology Alignment Team LeadSkillsPost-secondary diploma or bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; and/or 1-5 years of proven technical support experienceAny of the following professional IT certifications: Microsoft, Citrix, Sophos, Cisco, ComptiaProven experience providing network administrative supportPrevious experience working with VMware, Windows Servers, RMM, and PSAAdvanced MS Windows Server administrative skills and support skillsExperience in administering, managing, and troubleshooting patch management toolsSound knowledge of backups and Disaster Recovery software and strategiesExperience with Datto BDR and VEAMExcellent communication, interpersonal, and active listening skillsProfessional, proactive, and personable telephone etiquetteAbility to adapt and respond to challenging situations, different personality types, and difficult client inquiriesAbility to solve problems independently, effectively, and efficientlyAbility to multi-task and work under tight deadlinesAbility to manage changing priorities effectively and efficientlyStrong team player spirit is a mustMust be willing to work in a hybrid working environmentMust be willing to attend the office or client worksites in-person when requiredPrevious experience working with a Managed service provider is an assetExperience in creating custom scripts using Remote Management Tools, such as ConnectWise, Automate, or Datto will be an assetBenefitsComprehensive Group Benefits ProgramPaid Holidays and VacationCompany-paid lifeEmployee Assistance ProgramCompany-paid training, materials, and examsPerformance-based bonusesFlexible/hybrid work arrangementsCompany OverviewWith 30 years of experience as a trusted managed services provider, we're your dedicated partner in navigating the complex world of technology, so you can focus on growing your business.
