As an Analyst - Stock Administration, you will play a critical role in managing projects and initiatives that drive the success of our benefits programs. Position Purpose The Analyst - Stock Administration will be responsible for managing the execution of various projects to support the on-going strategy and delivery of The Home Depot Benefit programs and initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of benefits administration, project management, and analytical skills to drive success. Key Responsibilities Manage various projects end-to-end, from development and documentation to implementation, ensuring timely and effective delivery. Leverage trend data and knowledge of past experiences to identify opportunities to improve existing practices and generate practical solutions. Collaborate with Benefits Administrators and/or other vendors to resolve escalated participant issues, plan eligibility, and reporting. Develop and manage budgets, ensuring accurate bill payment and financial management. Conduct competitive analyses as needed, providing insights to inform strategic decisions. Produce high-quality presentations for the leadership team, communicating complex data insights and recommendations. Direct Manager/Direct Reports This role reports to the Manager, Benefits, and does not have any direct reports. Travel Requirements Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time, ensuring flexibility and adaptability. Physical Requirements Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position, with frequent opportunities to move about. On rare occasions, there may be a need to move or lift light articles. Working Conditions The role is based in a comfortable indoor area, with infrequent exposure to unpleasant conditions. Qualifications and Competencies Minimum Qualifications Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a field of study related to the job, demonstrating a strong foundation in benefits administration, business, or a related field. Strong computer software skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Minimum Education A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required, providing a basic understanding of business principles and practices. Essential Competencies Strong project management skills , with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Analytical and critical thinking skills , with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop practical solutions. Ability to drive change and influence others , demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach to achieving business objectives. Superior verbal and written communication skills , with strong presentation skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
