Position Summary:
The role under the Total Rewards Team is responsible for supporting the operation of HRIS Team in the day-to-day analysis, execution and communication of programs related to HRIS. This role is to perform SuccessFactors maintenance, administrative, and configuration type of activities, including, but not limited to updating cost centers, batch loading updates, interfaces, complex reporting, periodic audit of data in SF to ensure data integrity within HR information systems, and other related projects/tasks or HR related systems. This role is expected to work with global HR Team, 3rd party vendors, IT, Payroll and Legal.
Responsibilities:
Specific Accountabilities Work with vendors and internal stakeholdersInternal Subject Matter Expert on HRIS systems and processesOngoing maintenance/administrative SuccessFactors supportManage day-to-day ServiceNow HR requestsCoordinate / participate in the audit process, as requiredProvide systems support to the Talent Rewards TeamCollaborate with IT Partners to identify and solve issuesMay perform additional duties as assigned
What we are looking for:
Required Skills and ExperienceEffective English language written and verbal capability requiredExcellent Communication SkillsStrong background in SuccessFactors Employee Central and other HRIS systems/tools. Having background in other SuccessFactors modules is a plus.Strong Customer Service and analytical skillsExperience in leading process optimization projectsMust be proficient in using ExcelStrong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and drive for continuous improvementPreferred Skills and ExperienceBackground in SuccessFactors & ServiceNow or similar platformsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field or equivalent practical experienceKnowledge on Energizer-specific processes, an advantage
