The Analyst, Restaurant Systems is responsible for maintaining and launching Brand programs through various systems, ensuring accurate data tracking and providing first-level support for service desk issues.ResponsibilitiesImplements changes and updates submitted by the Brand teams through a Request for Change (RFC)Assists the Brands with the implementation of marketing initiatives (coupons and discounts)Performs changes in POS, inventory, e-commerce and 3rd party platformsEnsures that all facets of inventory are properly configured and updated in the system to provide accurate tracking of dataMaintains and improves end user interaction for all SystemsConducts comprehensive POS testing with Brand representativesConducts detailed inventory testing with Brand representatives which includes confirming recipe details, inventory and supplier itemsConducts thorough ecommerce testing with Brand representatives, which includes validating price, images, and menu item descriptionsReviews and manages upcoming requests for changes and updatesEnsures that requests are feasible and provides alternative solutions for initiatives that may not be feasible with the current systemsDiscuss ideas and solutions for future projects and initiativesWorks in conjunction with the Project Management team on Recipe and Brand specific projects intended on improving the system and support techniques relating to the restaurantWorks as first level escalation point for the service desk on back and front of house POS issues involving menu items, price, and print locationsWorks as first level escalation point for the service desk on inventory issuesSupports service desk with Restaurant Systems related issuesSkillsPost Secondary Education is considered an assetWorking knowledge of Windows environmentsData accuracy and verificationExperience with Point of Sale (POS) technologyRestaurant Operations Experience is a key assetGood working knowledge of G-SuitePrior experience or general knowledge with inventory systemsAn appreciation of wider business demandsStrong time management skills and the ability to work under pressureDemonstrated ability to quickly understand complex systemsStrong interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, written communication skills, customer service skills and excellent listening skillsStrong attention to detailStrong problem solving skillsAbility to interact with individuals on all organizational levelsStrong organization skillsMultitaskingBenefits20% associate discount dining card and monthly dining allowance valid at participating Recipe brandsA welcoming, fun and safe work environment founded on respectCareer advancement opportunities with a company that owns some of Canada’s most iconic restaurant brandsIndustry-leading benefits, wellness programs, and total rewards programsCompany OverviewFounded in 1883, Recipe Restaurant Group International is Canada's largest full-service restaurant company.
