About the position The Analyst contributes to projects that deliver fresh insight to get to the heart of client questions, shaping their brand strategy and marketing action. Responsibilities • Contribute to projects that deliver fresh insight to get to the heart of client questions, shaping their brand strategy and marketing action. • Build positive day-to-day client relationships, anticipating and addressing project needs. • Immerse yourself in clients' business and contribute to work that delivers impactful insights. • Develop research skills in areas such as questionnaire design, data checking, and use of data analysis packages. • Manage the day-to-day running of projects, building strong working relationships with team members and suppliers/vendors. • Proactively share ideas for new opportunities with the team. Requirements • Must have a Bachelor degree in a related field. • Must have academic and/or practical experience with survey or market research methodologies. • Prior experience with data analysis software such as MarketSight, SPSS, or Qualtrics is highly preferred. • Strong attention to details. • Strong time management skills. • Strong presentation skills. • Highly motivated and driven, with a hunger to learn and grow. • Able to travel occasionally as the job requires.
