Specific expectations for the role include: Develop and manage communications that highlight Product Engineering teamwork, milestones, and key initiatives. Assist with creating and maintaining content for internal updates, presentations, and leadership-facing materials. Support the planning and organization of recurring town halls and leadership forums to increase transparency and employee engagement. Support cross-team collaboration by helping to organize meetings, document outcomes, and manage action items. Assist in planning team offsites, including agenda development, logistics coordination, materials preparation, and follow-up actions. Assist GIS engineering leaders with project coordination tasks. Impact You'll Make: We’d love to see: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical work into clear, meaningful messages. Experience coordinating meetings, events, or projects involving multiple stakeholders. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. Comfort working closely with technical and engineering leaders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with colleagues across different time zones. Strong verbal and written English communication skills to support collaboration with global teams We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in developing high‑impact executive presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint. This includes creating, structuring, and designing clear, visually compelling presentations tailored for senior leadership. The ideal candidate can translate complex information into concise, professional visual stories and is comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with high attention to detail.
