Analyst, Management Consulting

They are seeking an Analyst in Management Consulting to support project management, research, and stakeholder engagement activities to help clients achieve their goals.ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with team members managing a wide range of client projects and deliverablesConducting regular scans for new business opportunities and coordinating proposal development in response to Request For ProposalsResearching, tracking, and monitoring emerging public policy issuesConducting research and drafting deliverables including reports, slide decks and briefing notesSupporting the development of stakeholder maps and engagement strategies, including conducting secondary research, setting up interviews, taking notes and other related tasksDeveloping and maintaining project management plans and keeping the project team focused on meeting multiple, tight timelinesProviding administrative and logistical support including scheduling and coordinating meetings and interviewsSynthesizing information and developing materials that are suitable for a number of audiencesIdentifying key stakeholders and creating tailored stakeholder listsAssisting in executing stakeholder engagement activities, including interviews, focus groups and workshopsPreparing background materials, agendas and meeting summariesSkillsPost-secondary education is requiredProject Management experience or certification is highly desired1-2 years relevant experience in consulting, research, policy or a related fieldKnowledge of public policy and politics in Ontario and across CanadaDemonstrated knowledge of health policy and the political system is a strong assetStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsExceptional attention to detail with high standards for accuracy and qualityExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong research and analytical skillsIndependent, proactive and resourceful with a strong work ethicHigh-level of professionalismPost-graduate training is considered an assetProficiency in PowerPoint and graphic design skills an assetBilingualism (French/English) is considered an assetFlexibility to occasionally work weekends or eveningsCompany OverviewSantis Health is a health care consultancy that provides communications, branding, and management consulting services.
