Analyst - Investments Operations
Communication Internal Communication: EVP and other department personnel. External Communication: Outside stakeholders Couterparties Suppliers Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Accountability: Are accountable for their acts and omissions. Responsibility: To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses. Authority: To stop work if they think the work is unsafe. Responsibilities Key Roles & Responsibilities • Act as the primary liaison between investment, tax, legal, treasury, and accounting teams, as well as external advisors. • Manage KYC, AML, tax, and legal documentation processes for all investments. • Coordinate payment procedures, track project progress, and ensure timely execution of transactions. • Lead special projects, including the creation of legal entities abroad , and transfer of investments into these structures. • Maintain and enhance compliance and reporting systems for investment operations. • Streamline administrative workflows to improve efficiency and reduce outsourcing costs. • Anticipate operational risks and proactively implement corrective measures. • Manage, schedule and arrange appointments, visits, meetings and company/department events, including any related travel, accommodation and/or venue bookings for office personnel, ensuring that all activities are well coordinated. • Coordinate between departments and business units • Maintain records in paper files and / or electronic systems to ensure that correct information is available upon request and maintain proper filing for confidential files and records. • Perform other job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications Education & Professional Qualification: Bachelor's degree Professional Experience: 3-5 Years relevant experience Geographic Experience: N/A Computer Skills: Good knowledge of Office and web applications Language Skills: English must. Arabic as additional preferred Market/Industry/Functional Knowledge: N/A
