Role Summary

The Private Asset Management (PAM) group provides customized investment counseling and discretionary portfolio management for individuals, trusts, endowments, foundations, and other institutions. The Analyst, Investment Liaison, PAM plays a critical role in supporting the PAM Investment Team by proactively managing all client and investment operational needs. This role requires strong judgment, resourcefulness, and the ability to continually reprioritize in response to constant and competing demands.

The Analyst contributes directly to an exceptional client experience across the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing portfolio operations, life event coordination, and offboarding.
Responsibilities
• Client & Portfolio Support: Independently manage the operational and client-relationship activities associated with an average of 150 client portfolios of varying complexity, ensuring timely resolution of all client, custodian, and internal needs.
• Support the full client experience, including onboarding, assisting with life event tasks, facilitating client access needs, and managing custodian requests.
• Meet daily with Portfolio Managers to align priorities and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
• Investment Operations & Data Management: Research and analyze investment, benchmark, and performance data.
• Resolve pre-trade compliance issues and coordinate corporate-action responses.
• Maintain strategy-level data and composites with focus on accuracy and accountability.
• Process discretionary trade orders and coordinate across team.
• Communication & Deliverables: Review and finalize client meeting presentations, reporting packages, and PM briefing materials.
• Lead or support business deliverables such as quarterly billing, ADV mailing, RFPs, audits, and client mailings.
• Process Improvement & Team Leadership: Contribute to initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, risk mitigation, and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain procedural documentation; participate in cross-training; provide operational coverage.
• Assist in training new employees and acting as resource for junior staff.
Qualifications
• Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2+ years relevant experience with a focus on client service within financial services/asset management.
• Preferred: Efficiency in managing shifting priorities; strong problem-solving skills; team orientation and collaboration; high accountability and ownership; resourcefulness and proactive support mindset; excellent communication and organizational skills.

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

• $69,500.00 - $ for the location of:
Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
• $76,500.00 - $ for the location of:
Washington, D.C.
• $87,000.00 - $ for the location of:
New York, California
