Analyst, Infrastructure Compliance

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to infrastructure. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and address any potential compliance risks within the company's infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems, processes, and procedures are in line with industry regulations and best practices. Monitor and analyze data security threats and vulnerabilities, and make recommendations for remediation and risk mitigation. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure the company's infrastructure remains compliant. Conduct training and awareness sessions for employees to promote a culture of compliance and risk management. Work closely with external auditors and regulatory agencies to ensure timely and accurate reporting. Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and other necessary records related to infrastructure compliance. Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to address any compliance-related concerns or issues. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in maintaining compliance standards. Act as a subject matter expert on infrastructure compliance, providing guidance and support to other team members and departments as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity in accordance with company policies and procedures. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay updated on the latest compliance and security trends and best practices. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate their impact on the company's infrastructure.
