The Challenge (Job Summary)Under the supervision of the Director of IT Applications, this position will assist in the design, build and implementation of Epic Resolute Billing for the organization. Once the implementation is complete, the Epic Resolute Analyst will provide ongoing support for the revenue cycle system. This role can be fully remote. Position requires 50% travel to NOMS outlying offices, which may include overnight stays. Must be flexible, will include some evening and weekend hours.
Your Day to Day & Essential Functions:

The Epic Resolute Analyst develops, implements, and supports Epic Resolute
Interacts directly with management and users to analyze and specify clinical application requirements and workflows and to make system recommendations
Assists with problem solving, testing and documentation of clinical systems
Develops and maintains configuration decision and workflow documents
Assists with analysis of data [conversion, analytics, quality, root cause]
Attends meetings and is accountable for action items assigned to them or their team
Partners with end users to understand workflow and business processes

What You Need to Succeed (Competencies, Education):

Willingness to obtain certifications via EPIC if requested.
Organized and self-sufficient.
Being cooperative and approachable and taking time to listen to and address others' questions or concerns,
The ability to develop and deliver formal presentations. This includes presenting information in a clear and interesting manner, commanding the audience's attention, developing effective materials, and handling questions or challenges from the audience.
Strong leadership and communication skills, both written and oral.
Comfortable multitasking and working through multiple complex projects
Epic Professional Billing certification required
Epic Claims certification preferred.
Experience with Epic’s reimbursement contract build.
Willingness to obtain certifications via Epic if requested.
Minimum of three (3) years progressively responsible experience in information systems. Health care setting preferred.

Working Conditions, Physical & Mental Demands: This position works in an environment that is a combination of medical office and exam/procedure room settings. The office is well-lighted, well-ventilated, adequate space. There is the potential for exposure to communicable diseases and other conditions common to medical office setting. The ideal candidate must be able to use appropriate body mechanics techniques when making necessary patient transfers and helping patients with walking, dressing, etc. You must be able to lift up to 30 pounds of supplies.
