Why this job’s a big deal Priceline – a part of Booking Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: BKNG) is looking for an Analyst of FP&A to join its Finance team. Our FP&A team sits at the center of the organization and is actively involved with all major strategic decisions. The individual will be an integral member of a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting and managing Priceline’s full P&L and serving as analytical and strategic business partner throughout the organization. In this role you will get to: Build and maintain robust driver-based forecasting models in partnership with cross-functional business leaders Build company and industry knowledge and develop a strong understanding of relevant financial metrics Support the measurement of relevant key performance indicators and communicate findings to senior stakeholders Perform insightful variance analysis versus budget, forecast and prior year Work across the team to build reporting infrastructure and help develop new FP&A processes and analyses that add value for all stakeholders Partner to multiple teams within Priceline (examples include the product teams – hotel, rental car, flight, and package – as well as marketing, customer care, technology, and others) Lead strategic analyses for business partners Who you are: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or other quantitative discipline Minimum 2-3 years of related highly-analytical professional experience; FP&A experience preferred Investment banking or management consulting background is a plus Advanced Excel modeling experience required Ability and interest to quickly learn and utilize tools such as Hyperion/HFM, Anaplan, Essbase, Tableau and SQL Proven track record of critical thinking, performing comprehensive analysis, synthesizing dataand presenting insights in a clear and concise way Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines within a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ability to work independently, coordinate the efforts of others and work well with people at a wide range of levels Demonstrated history of living the values important to Priceline: Customer, Innovation, Team, Accountability and Trust, Unquestionable integrity and Ethics There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. In addition to a competitive base salary, certain roles may be eligible for an annual bonus and/or equity grant.
