Analyst, Business Banking (Reporting & Data)
About the position
The Analyst, Business Banking will be responsible to monitor the fulfillment of the monthly data focused on the analysis of sales, objectives, and other details about the Business Banking area. Presenting management with a summary that can lead to the identification of new business opportunities. Supporting the Relationship Officer in business needs. Position will be working hybrid based in San Juan, PR.
Responsibilities
• Generate and validate the Monthly Production Report - based on the production performed by the closing officers and validate with all operational, strategy and closing areas to send and certify the production of the Business Banking department.
• Generate the Business Master Card Production Report - prepare the detailed report of the monthly production of Mastercard's by bankers.
• Develop and Monitor a Master Card Analysis and Delinquency Report – Create and Prepare Report based on Card Portfolio monthly.
• Report to Management Delinquency Data and Analysis.
• Report to Management Delinquency Data and Analysis.
• Be the first point of contact for Sales Force platforms.
• Create and update the Business Banking Dashboard analyzing deposit growth, customer growth, and monthly production per Business Bankers.
• Receive the Complaints, analyze them and work with the proper authorization.
• Calculate and Distribute commissions by Business Banker and send them in the corresponding time.
• Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Two (2) years of experience in a reporting and data analysis required.
• Banking industry experience required.
• Minimum education and experience required can be substituted with the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Power BI and other reporting systems is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, gather, and evaluate data.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Spanish & English required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and effectively with diverse staff, colleagues, and clients.
• Legally authorized to work in the US is required.
• This position is of indefinite duration and requires candidates to have permanent or ongoing work authorization.
• Employee is responsible for maintaining eligible work authorization throughout his tenure with the organization.
