About the positionThe AML BSA OFAC Compliance & OperationsSenior Analyst position is focused on ensuring compliance with financial regulations, particularly in relation to AML and OFAC systems. The ideal candidate will have technical skills in these areas and will be responsible for system and process control development and testing. This hybrid role requires working three days a week in the office, either in Boston, MA or Dallas, TX. The position involves monitoring activities to minimize the company's exposure to risk, executing testing of systems for compliance, and representing AML Compliance in various projects.Responsibilities • Monitors activities to minimize the company's exposure to risk. • Executes testing of systems to confirm compliance with regulatory and internal requirements. • Represents or supports the representation of AML Compliance in AML and cross-functional projects. • Performs research and analyzes compliance-related information. • Reviews project documentation to assess impact on AML or OFAC compliance. • Develops technical and business requirements for AML and OFAC tools and systems. • Develops and executes ongoing testing of AML Compliance and OFAC tools.• Supports model development team with documentation and testing. • Troubleshoots identified issues and system outages. • Communicates control strengths and weaknesses to management. • Assists in the design and enhancement of internal controls. • Conducts risk assessments on business and operational processes. Requirements • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Finance, Business, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, or Financial Services. • Demonstrated knowledge of risk and compliance principles.• Advanced quantitative capabilities and analytical skills. • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Outlook). • Experience in AML or OFAC systems preferred. Nice-to-haves • SAS/Python skills. • Ability to manage projects across diverse stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
