Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
Assist cardmembers with account-related questions, transactions, and issues
Provide accurate information about American Express products and services
Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
