This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can combine business needs with customer needs to drive the digital experience forward.+ Applies a deep understanding of business requirements and tech constraints to inform written content, ensuring content vision aligns with annual goals and objectives+ Provides guidance in the development of written content, ensuring cohesive product narratives+ Provides guidance in analyzing insights from cross-functional teams, ensuring that the team understands customer needs and incorporates insights to provide the best user experience+ Provides guidance in maintaining alignment with writing style guidelines and standards to drive consistency, brand alignment, and content integrity+ Proofreads and edits complex content for overall clarity, alignment with brand guidelines, and user experience objectives+ Provides guidance to direct reports, junior colleagues, or those in other disciplines+ Potentially has an Associate UX Writer as direct report**Minimum Qualifications**+ Is more of a strategic thinker, less of a blank-filler+ Clearly articulates how copy addresses objectives and solves problems+ Is a champion for collaboration, early and often advocates for the user+ Pivots quickly and supports a number of projects simultaneously+ Exudes positivity, requires minimal supervision, and has a strong work ethic+ Is an ambassador for UX writing, playing a key role in helping this growing team reach its potential**Preferred Qualifications**+ Has at least 5 years of experience in a design organization**Qualifications**Salary Range: $90,000.00 to $165,000.00 annually bonus benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
