• * Handle baggage check-in, tagging, and loading onto aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and weight restrictions.
• * Address passenger inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
• * Collaborate with other team members, including flight crew and ground staff, to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures.
• * Adhere to security procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * High school diploma or equivalent.
• * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and stressful situations.
• * Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset.
• * Attention to detail and accuracy in handling passenger information and transactions.
• * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• * Previous customer service experience preferred.
• * Knowledge of airline reservation systems and procedures is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred, especially in the airline or hospitality industry.
